What this article is missing is that the white privilege in Peggy's knapsack has to be exercised in order to be manifested. I turned down a very high paying job in a company filled with highly paid minorities because it would negatively impact other things that I do with my life in America. Things that are either foreign to or unimportant to most minorities.

Comparing poor white southerners who like to hunt alligators to highly motivated Indians or Asians is absurd.
