So, in Britain, where they banned and confiscated guns, a masked gunman shoots up this woman's home, hitting her in the legs.....

Which British gun control law keeps him from walking into a mall, a school, a church, or a school.....with the gun he already has in his possession, and murdering a bunch of people in a mass public shooting?
