There's just no way to avoid the fact that every law, every policy, everything government does is a form (for good or bad) of control that limits or modifies the FREEDOM of individuals.

Their Health Care Debacle is Unconstitutional. I'm confident the Courts will see it that way as well. Forcing Citizens to purchase Health Insurance by way of threats of Fines & Imprisonment goes against everything our Country stands for. It is a way of controlling the People.
