Yes.....as Britain cuts their police numbers, and crime increases the response time for armed police....the ones who actually carry guns.....is going up.....so if you really need a cop with a gun....ask your violent attacker to wait for 50 minutes....because as we all know a British subject cannot protect themselves by law......and they have no access to guns themselves......they are victims of their government and the criminals...
