Who do we blame? Who do we thank? Any guesses on when it will return to "normal"? PERSONALLY, I think 3 to 5 years before what I call "normal". Dow at 14,500. Unemployment around 5.5%. I'm in retail, so I'm thinking by then sales will be "normal". I paid 165k for my home in 05', "they" say it's worth 150k, I think by then it will be worth 175k.

I get my guestimate by watching news, local, national, listening to radio talk show, reading papers, magazines, and listening to customers. My customers vary, framers, electricians, lawyers, doctors, military, policemen, firemen, jobless slackers, and commercial and residential builders. These are their trades by day, by night they are political/economic gods. What I'm saying, with all this info, I KNOW EVERYTHING. haha kidding. And when it's finally going good, I will probably thank the same people who I blame today. This is MY OPINION and I'm sticking to it.
