Wow, that is a REAL stretch.
I am sure the Japanese blame themselves for Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Quote:Just to drive this point home, in September 2002 al-Qa'ida spokesman Suleiman Abu Gheith said:
"We have the right to kill four million Americans - two million of them children - and to exile twice as many and wound and cripple hundreds of thousands. It is our right to fight them with chemical and biological weapons."
And the US has the right to bomb the hell out of Mecca if they choose to do this to US civilians.
Then the terrorists can blaim themselves for ticking us off......
You're kidding, right?
I mean you didn't say that with a straight face!!! You can't be serious!!!
1. The Japanese believe that they were the VICTIMS of World War II
2. The Japanese never apologized, nor made restitution for, what they did in Manchuria, Nanking, the Bhutan Death March, the enslavement of the Pacific
The Japanese were the only one of the Axis powers to keep their leader (Germany lost Hitler, Italy lost Mussolini, but Japan got to keep Hirohito, who lived to a ripe old age).
The Japanese still believe that the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was due more to American aggression than Japanese Imperialism.
P.S. And if you bring up the subject of the internment of the Japanese in American camps, I will tell you that Italians and Germans were similarly confined.
