If I ran a program, designed to boost work ethic, discipline and responsibility.... by transporting goods that were made by federal prison workers through Unicor...
Using a manual wooden train... where in the front car called the "Locomotive", a number of people had to crank a wheel, to get the train wheels moving...and they had to keep on cranking the big wheel to keep the train wheels moving....
Other people inside the locomotive car, had the responsibility of using flash lights to illuminate the track and the surrounding areas at night.
A Bolsun (the guy with a whip) and a few guards and a drill sergeant by trade, called a "Train Operations Sergeant" commanded the operation of the locomotive...

In the Caboose... people had the responsibility of breaking the train cars, illuminating the tracks and surrounding areas behind the train at night with flashlights...
And a Bolsun's mate with a whip, a few guards kept the people in the caboose working, and a "Train Operation's Sergeant" commanded the operation of the caboose and the breaking of the train...
Lookouts from the bridge of the caboose kept watch.

And it works, by deliberately being so low tech, that it puts responsibility and a need to work in the hands of the people...
So that it teaches teamwork, respect for a chain of command, and work ethic..

What would result from such a program ?
