I don’t hate Musk. I’m just pointing out that “We the People” have been funding many of his pursuits.

"We, the people" did not fund his pursuits. We were the lenders that gave him the chance to establish the most technologically innovative auto company in the world. And he has paid that money back. As far as Space X goes, you would prefer to pay the Russians to deliver our cargo and satellites into space? Isn't this what you wanted, a capitalist making money and saving the government money? By landing the booster, he has much reduced the cost of launching satellites. His solar company is also the most innovative, and combined with his home battery systems, can make a homeowner much more independent, plus much more self reliant during a power outage. And all these things are being built in America. So what the hell are your objections?
