Because they do not grant anyone else rights except for their own. They consider it their right to impede the rights of others to get their way...why are they like that? Because in today's world a lot of people only find value in attention. It started with thumbs on Reddit, then likes on Facebook, to clicks on YouTube.

People today see others getting attention and they think it's some currency of life so they become increasingly desperate for the attention of strangers whether it be positive or negative.

So they side up with groups just so they be around others that tell them they are righteous and correct, they get attention from those groups, and get attention with those groups and they don't care what they have to do in order to get it.

Those people also have absolutely nothing to offer society, have nothing that satisfies their personal life, no goals, no purpose and in general unhappy so they take up with any crusade that will have them and then blindly follow them just to feel like they are worthwhile when in reality they aren't.
