With an ever increasing number of people talking about social classes and income disparity, a very important question has arisen:
What exactly qualifies someone as 'Rich'?

Obama has essentially said that anyone making over $250,000 is to be considered rich, but does this figure take into account the many factors affecting their overall financial situation? POSSIBLE, but I kinda doubt it.

So, in your opinion, what level of income would one need to be considered 'rich'?
im going with 500k

The rich is anyone that has more than someone else. That's not the only rich. Rich can always mean that they don't have more, just different. Anyone that has something different than someone else is rich.

That's an interesting take. Are you saying, "thats what the libs'll say"?

I've always tried to picture a persons income and expenses as a ratio.

So that if a person was - and this is purely for example - making 100 dollars for every 1 dollar they had in necessary expenses then I would consider that person to be rich.
