Every nation sympathetic or considering recognizing the PA should loudly make it and aid contingent on prevention of all violence against Israel and that palestinians sit down and come up with some compromises with Israel on major issues.
If there were a boycott against the palestinians for inciting violence or support to or from other terrorist groups around the world.
Close organization and mosques that support violence.
Moderate muslims that speak against violence and terrorism should be encourage and given more airtime to teach this idea. Programs and scholarships to encourage children and teens to promote charity and kind words as a form of jihad instead of violence or war.
Teach diplomacy and public speaking to promote peace and encourage the spread of fellowship and peace on the internet.
Make the promotion of violence or hate speech a cause to loose housing, their businesses and citizenship the same way those involved in drug or mob crimes can loose their property, finances and freedom.
More entertainment should be geared to teaching building civilization, operating charity organization, setting up grant and scholarships for deserving student, paying or reducing costs to students that go into medical, social or environmental fields.
Teach students and children how to behave rather than how not to behave. Stress manners and etiquette. Teach them to be part of helping their community in some way rather than just protesting what they see as wrong. Teach them to bring about positive change with actions rather than disobedience.
Fine churches and organization that promote or incite violence and hate of others. Make social work of some type part of community service for crimes, especially in the communities of those targeted by hate and violent crimes by the criminal. Make the punishment fit the crime.
Get students involved in more peer judgements and discussion so they understand the consequences and how to find better ways of treating others and helping both people and their communities. Emphasize being part of the community rather than part of a gang.
There has to be a change in attitudes to promote peace instead of resorting to violence. We need to make this a global goal.
