CDZ What are, or should there be, a statue of limitations recognized by the Court of Public Opinion?

Open for discussion.

Yes.

Or in the year 2877 we will still hear about how Hillary voted for the use of force in Iraq which means all Democrats were for it!
Maybe we should set limits. How about...the length of time it took to go from Whitewater/ Rose Law Firm to Monica-gate and thru impeachment?

Would be great….

The Klan was invented in what, 1880? Few days go by without someone bringing it up today.

What [is], or should there be, a statu[t]e of limitations recognized by the Court of Public Opinion?

Yes, there is. It's also quite complicated, as yesterday's violations might be "old news" (statute of limitations run out), and similar violations of decades ago might be red hot issues to be adjudicated with urgency, contingent on whom you ask.

There probably is no dumber a thing on earth than the "Court of Public Opinion" - otherwise known as the sheeple and their handlers. That is to say, to get that "court" to recognize anything to do with reason is a fool's errand.

How convenient that suddenly given what 3 Democrats stand accused of in VA that a liberal is suddenly "hey there should be some form of statute of limitations in the court of public opinion" did the poster Wry post any such comments back when Kavanaugh was being accused of groping a girl 35 years ago?

Sorry old boy , you reap what you sow.
