Just heard on the local news. someone is suing two box stores. Home Depot is one, maybe Lowes is the other or soon to follow?

For those that don't know 4x4s, 2x4s, 1x2s you name it have not been actually those sizes is many decades. With milling and drying wood shrinks. That's right folks, wood actually shrinks as moisture leaves. So 4x4s are milled to dry at 3.5"x 3.5" and so on. So some clueless bastard is suing based on his ignorance of industry standards and depending on the costs the shoppers, like me, will pay for it.
 
An attorney who'd take this moron's case should be disbarred. The entire construction industry and people like me who aren't have know this about 2 by 4's, etc. sizes since forever.

It's probably a lawyer that never lifted a tool in his life other than a coke spoon.
