The thing is, either we play chess and remove kings and queens, a rook, a bishop and few knights time to time out there--beyond our borders, right, or we wait until they're at our gates; at our gates with unconventional armies, and backpack nukes--instead of abused kids in tow. International games of chance; stacking the deck in our favor. Because, end of day, no neck or deck can matter as much as our own.
