When District Attorneys Attack National Review Online

Criminal defense attorneys know that prosecutors and police routinely engage in illegal abuse, including suppressing evidence that might exonerate the defendant.

According to National Review, police and prosecutors in Orange County engaged in an illegal operation to obtain confessions of targeted prisoners, by placing informants nearby. A judge got so fed up, he disqualified all 250 assistant district attorneys from a capital murder case.

This is an issue that all Americans (except police and prosecutors) can agree on.

Lesser of two evils. ALL criminals engage in illegal activity. So long as the courts and cops do it less, that's ok since what's the option? No courts and cops at all? Ya, there's an idea.

I have seen what happens to people, especially blacks, who get caught up in our criminal system. Have you?

WTF I mean WTF? Since when does "placing informants nearby" constitute a freaking illegal operation? Does the prog left think that psychics are a better source of information than jailhouse snitches?

This article is in a CONSERVATIVE magazine.

Most public prosecutors are LIBERALS.

This not an issue that should be decided based on snap decisions.
