The definition of marriage has changed quite a bit through the years.

Likely there was no need to change it through the years. There is no need to change it now.

What, exactly, are the objections to polyandry and polygamy?

But it has changed through the years. You seemed to have missed that point.

The way they are writing it up they are excluding any marriage that includes more than 2 people.

Me Personally I dont object to gay people marrying or some lady having 5 husbands, as long as they all want to do that. Its not my place to judge them on it.

I think that all gays should at least be able to have a "civil union" if they want to live together like a married hetro couple does.....they should be able to have the same benefits, rights, AND responsibilities as a married hetro couple.
