I recently saw a portion of a video by Alex Jones, who is basically the guy who Moore got most of his information from. Jones mentioned a form w1999i, do any of you know anything about this.

Some sort of directive forcing the FBI to cease their investigation of al Quida members already in the US before 9/11 - I think. What did you hear about it in the video?

So far I only see one item anywhere with any reference to it:

A rumor kind of post on a yahoo page-

    Interesting......

    I DID find THIS:

    http://www.fedcirc.gov/library/legislation/presDecDirective63.html

More on the page, but gauging by the convention Moore's directive follows, I don't think things add up.

Mods: Feel free to shorten or edit this.

Be aware I could NOT dig this up on google.

It took me quite a while to find it, and like anything else may disappear. I posted it in its entirety considering the significance.

If you deem fit, edit at will.

Here is the original article which apparently seems to have come out of thin air:

Does anyone else have any evidence or anything to prove/disprove any of this stuff?

Mr. Jones said that Bush signed this form as a way of protecting the terrorists taht were in the country and that FBI agents were getting upset that they werent allowed to investigate any of them.

I am wondering if maybe it was a civil rights sort of thing, like it was unconstitutional to investigate them. Maybe Jones saw something like this and twisted it to seem like Bush specifically meant to protect terrorists.

Alex Jones is 75% BS and 25% legit links.

Out of those links, 50% is BS.

This item sure seems like it is BS also, but I would really like to know for sure.
