In Caracas a 190 meter tall unfinished building, the Torre de David, has been occupied by 750 families which live there. A small clan manages the building, raises taxes and cares about the concerns of the "citizens" of Torre David. A service that drives people up and down with a motorcycle on the floors that have car parks is available.
Now the National Guard is vacating the building. The process begun on Monday and is supposed to be finished on Friday.
