People are now loading onto smugglers boats, to flee the country. People are risking their life, and dying in the ocean, to escape the Workers Paradise. Ironically just like Cuba, where Hugo Chavez made his closest allies.

The country is in ruins. More than a million people have fled. A recent poll showed 50% of the Venezuelans would leave if able to.

So again, either the UN is full of crap, or the HDI doesn't mean diddly jack.
