Not much to add to this declaration itself. I remember an article in a German back then PC games magazine (PC Action) referring to a study that says that the mostly pixelated internet clips make people depressive. While the PC Action focused on rough humor, its reports were serious.The state of Utah does not intent to ban porn but the availability of porn nowadays is questionable as young people could get a wrong image of what sex actually is.
The state goes even further and I think way too far with a quasi declaration of what the purpose of sex is. I mean, in the end it is up to oneself to decide to have sex and for what purpose, let it be fun or the desire to have children or both.
