US Supreme Court eliminates workers’ right to collectively sue corporations

The United States Supreme Court’s 5–4 decision in Epic Systems Corp. v. Lewis eliminates the right of tens of millions of workers to bring class action lawsuits against their employers. With the bang of a gavel, the Supreme Court has effectively stripped workers of their legal rights and guaranteed the flow of even greater fortunes to the corporate and financial oligarchy, which controls America’s legal and political system.

And the COMMIES left can't figure out why MSM is controlled, the rejects can't figure out how the vaccine industry can't be sued they just don't have the intelligence to figure any of it out when it's in plain view..

You would think " Corporate control" would sink in.

All they did was say a law created by congress and executed by the executive involving mandated arbitration is not over-ridden by laws covering collective bargaining overseen by the NLRB.

If people have an issue with it, they need to elect a congress that will modify the arbitration law.

The Court found the arbitration law was 1) not unconstitutional and 2) worked in tandem with the law that covers the NLRB.

Thus it's up to congress to sort it out.

Strict constructionism for the win.

That's only what you see in black and white.

It's what I see as a strict constructionist.

Saying the constitution says things it doesn't can only lead to tyranny.
