I know there are civilian awards given to people who perform exceptional work for the government, but the kind of award this women may get is probably from an advocacy group or something with ties to the government. And if a high member of government gives the award it's probably mostly a publicity stunt.

I have a android cellular phone, Samsung galaxy note 2. It's packs a good punch and it fits my preference. I have big hands so I like the big size.

Please don't tell me it's a MacBook? So many people I know all have MacBooks without questioning their purchase or comparing it to other products. There are many capable laptops other than that.
