Strawman..... If you mean that the military philosophy in those countries is to shoot missiles from behind innocent civilians then you are correct. They're not going to stop doing that.

If you think that showing restraint and respect for those innocent civilians will bring any merit from the people who are shooting the missiles you are incorrect.

If you think that getting a tap on the shoulder or a pat on the back from other places for allowing our soldiers to be sitting ducks while the enemy counts on using human Shields is a good thing.... then I guess you're welcomed to your opinion.
