The Secretary of the Army has ordered military leaders to halt all briefings on extremist organizations that labeled Evangelical Christian groups as domestic hate groups. The shutdown comes just four days after I reported exclusively about a briefing at Mississippi’s Camp Shelby that labeled the American Family Association as a domestic hate group.
“On several occasions over the past few months, media accounts have highlighted instances of Army instructors supplementing programs of instruction and including information or material that is inaccurate, objectionable and otherwise inconsistent with current Army policy,” Army Sec. John McHugh wrote to military leaders in a memorandum I obtained.
McHugh “directed that Army leaders cease all briefings, command presentations or training on the subject of extremist organizations or activities until that program of instruction and training has been created and disseminated,” Army spokesman Col. David Patterson, Jr., tells me.

A Fox News journalist says Americans will be “dumbfounded” as his sources continue to reveal what is being taught to U.S. military personnel about the “inside threat” posed by pro-family and pro-life groups in America.
UPDATE ... The Secretary of the Army has ordered military leaders to halt all briefings on extremist organizations that labeled evangelical Christian groups as "domestic hate groups."
As recently reported on OneNewsNow and Fox News, a briefing at the U.S. Army’s Camp Shelby in Mississippi identified the American Family Association and others as “domestic hate groups.” Fox News columnist Todd Starnes broke that story, citing an unidentified source within the military ranks. Now Starnes tells “Washington Watch” on American Family Radio about a similar event even more recently at Fort Hood, Texas.
"A soldier at Fort Hood – who happens to be an evangelical Christian – was attending that briefing with about 100 other soldiers ... and the focus of this briefing was ‘inside threats,’” explained the reporter. “And in the course of this briefing, the instructor told the men and women that the greatest threats facing the country at this point, at this stage, come from evangelical Christians as well as the tea party."
According to Starnes, pro-life activists were also cited as examples of what happens with people become “radicalized.”
“[The briefing] suggested that people who are pro-life and involved in the pro-life movement would eventually, possibly blow up abortion clinics,” he told Washington Watch host Tony Perkins. “This is what the soldier told us they talked about in that meeting.”
