Unreal: SEIU Siphons Off Medicaid Payments From Disabled Non-Members

It's no secret that unions are gangsters and crooks. I'm still amazed by how many sheep out there blindly follow them not being able or wiling to see how destructive they are to their own interests.

We haven't found the bottom for the demonRats yet. Unions suck for taking money from the disabled.. Just think about it. two adult disabled. their parents work their asses off taking care of them and the fucking union steals money from them for doing so.

I will never ever side with a democrat as long as I live. You will never find a group of lower moral character.

The unholy Democrat-Big Labor alliance strikes again. But remember, it's the Left that cares deeply about the poor and disadvantaged.

Stealing from the disabled How low can a democrat go?
And now for the rest of the story:
GOP Senator Tries to Save SEIU Healthcare
GOP Senator Tries to Save SEIU Healthcare ‘Employer’

Wright was referring to documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request filed by the Mackinac Center that point to behind-the-scenes legislative efforts to keep the council operating by other means. Among the documents, emails indicate that Sen. Roger Kahn, R-Saginaw Twp., was particularly focused on maintaining MQCCC.

The MQCCC was created in 2005 through an interlocal agreement between the Michigan Department of Community Health and the Tri-County Aging Consortium. The council kept a registry of home care providers, but its main function was to be the so-called government “employer” for some 45,000 private home care aides. Through this arrangement, these independent contractors were compelled to become dues-paying members of SEIU Healthcare Michigan. The union has had a collective bargaining agreement with the MQCCC since 2006, collecting $6 million in annual dues from Medicaid subsidies paid to the home care providers. The council effectively runs the program for SEIU and passes the union dues from the state to the union.

The are Republican union backers out there, of course, but don't even attempt to pretend that 95% of what unions do are not in the name of the Democratic Party. You own them and all the sleaze that goes with them.

My wife is one of those In Home care providers. She is paid a measly 9 Dollars and Hour. She was compelled to become a Member of the SEIU when she took the Job. They take dues ever week, and she has no vote or control what so ever, over who the SEIU gives her money to.

Don't Blame the Unions for that. They are in the Business of Getting the Best deal, for the least amount of work they can for their Members. It's not their Fault the best way to do that is to Buy your own Political Party. I'll never understand the Liberal Mind. They righting note that Many Cooperation's and Businesses are Profit Driven and Greedy, yet Fail to see that Unions are Greedy as well, and They seem to think Union leadership is on some Nobel Quest to better all of our lives. When the Truth is Unions Operate more like a Exclusive Club than something to help us all. Time and time again when Unions are presented with a choice between some Layoffs of less Senior members, or not getting everything they want in pay and Benefits they choose lay offs.

Liberals just seem to not understand Human Nature. Unions have done some great things, but they are also Prone to Human Nature. They have a long History of Corruption, Mafia ties, and Ignoring Economic Realities as they Squeeze every penny they can out of Whole Industries in the country, and in the Public Sector, Suck up ever penny they can. As someone who has lived in Michigan most of my life, I can tell you with out a doubt. That Union Greed and stubbornness Absolutely Played a Pivotal Roll in Nearly Destroying the US Auto Industry. Just as it has played a huge Roll in Out sourcing, the loss of the manufacturing sector, and the Deaths of countless other US industries.

go Ask an old Ex Steel Worker in Pennsylvania how the Steel Workers unions worked out in the end. Between Regulations, and High Labor Costs, it became Impossible and impractical for US manufactures to even try and Compete in the Global Economy we Live in. Period.
