The U.S. Government knows it awarded nearly $18 billion in contracts for rebuilding Afghanistan over the past three years but it can't account for spending before 2007.
Funny, one more myth exploded. The party of 'fiscal conservatives' had control of the White House and the Congress when YOUR tax dollars went missing.
