They were very aware of their "assets", and had a very British sense of humor about it.
I'm sure they made that pun in one of their shows.

Sadly, both ladies are dead, they were so much fun.

My wife and I used to love watching them cook in various locales around Britain. I never could get past seeing the dark-haired lady mixing various kinds of ground up meat - often game like fowl and pork - while wearing rings on her fingers. That bit of "flavor" along with watching them tool around on the bike with a sidecar was awesome.
