You don't stop traffic on the parkway just because you support a presidential candidate. Biden supporters have not stopped traffic. If anyone else has stopped traffic anywhere, they have been protesters supporting the BLM movement, which is a social cause, not people carrying signs that indicate support for the Biden campaign or the Democratic Party in general.
