1) Conducting official state business via a personal, non-government email address.

2) Transmitting and receiving classified material via her personal, private server.

There were no properly marked classified e-mails.

There was nothing illegal about using a private e-mail service.

Nothing illegal about Hillary using a private e-mail service....and her own personal server...that was:
- NOT Authorized
- NOT ENCRYPTED as required by Law / Regs / Rules
- NOT secured, protected
- NOT approved for the storage of classified information, and especially NOT approved for the storage of information 'so classified that the release of it in any form would cause serious harm to the United States' (Obama on how classified found on Hillary's server was so damaging if released it would have harmed the nation).

Hillary used an un-authorized server.

Hillary's server was not encrypted.

Hillary's server was not cleared for classified storage.

Hillary was not legally able to have such classified information (SCI 'Read-In' Program classified) in her possession.

Hillary's personal server containing TOP SECRET Information, according to Barak Obama, was not stored in a secure location. In fact, her server with such classified information that could have caused 'grave damage' to our national security was kept in the BATHROOM of a small tech company that did not have the required security clearance to house it, have access to it, or work on it.

Hillary gave people who had no security clearance access to the contents of the server, such as her MAID who she had log on to the Server and print out classified documents for her, according to SEVERAL of her aides.

Of course, you already knew all of this....
