I'd say it gets it's point across succinctly...and not the overt message that Rubio is a RINO, the underlying admonishment that Rubio is too young and inexperienced.

We just had a first term Senator as president, and look at what a fiasco that turned out to be.

I don't know if Trump is the guy, but I know Sen. Rubio isn't.

If 75% don't like him, how has he stayed at the top of the polls for so long?

Well, at about 25%, it is indeed possible that 75% don't like him.
But there are two caveats:

1.) In a field of 15, with 25%, you can still win.
2.) In much of the polling, when only polling RRVs and not RRVs + IRVs, R-leaning, Trump does far better, as high as 40%, which means that if this holds, in states with closed primaries (OH, FL, MO), he was really good chances.
