I kind of think the Trump/Bernie debate is really a strategy by Trump to give Hillary more problems. It is a win win for him because if Bernie beats him badly in the debate it makes him look like a stronger candidate in the debate and would make Hillary look weak. However, if he wins, then it makes him look better just because he won. It is a good strategy by Trump.

It's a win for Trump. A win for Bernie. A win for the network.

They are going to trash Hillary with no mercy and she'll be sitting f silently in a protected Democrat establishment bunker plotting get her next Crooked Hillary tactic.

... if Bernie beats him badly in the debate it makes him look like a stronger candidate in the debate and would make Hillary look weak.
Okay, I'm gonna need some help on this one.
.

It would make Bernie look like he could defeat Trump in the general. So when the DNC inevitably screws Bernie and picks Hillary....she seems weaker and more corrupt.

In fact....it's a strange moment in that Trump could actually intentionally try not to win the debate...just to weaken Hillary for the fall campaign.

I agree, but I don't think that's really an insight. Trump has no objective other than to weaken Hillary. I would bet he treats Sanders with kid gloves and when Sanders goes off the socialism rails he just gives him a Reagan to Mondale, "There you go again ..."

It would be an end of Bernie and the dems, regardless of how it turned out. I think Bernie's determined that he wants to destroy Hillary's chances. His ego is such that he thinks the game is rigged by having closed primaries. Imagine, a political party having primaries where you have to be a member of the party to vote. I mean I'm so outraged. LOL

He's done in the Senate anyway. He's 70 something, and they'll take his committee assignments away and put him in charge of toilets.

Sanders didn't make Hillary a damaged candidate, she did that to herself. Sanders is just demonstrating it. Your bitterness is misplaced. It won't go away just because he does

Screw you Kaz. I don't like Hillary and never have. Trumps an ahole of the highest order and Bernie's a ego driven 70 who is getting treated like a rock star by a bunch of kids without real jobs.

Then why would you possibly be blasting him like that for not dropping out? Why should he other than to help the battle ax?

I think the odds are strongly against it, but it's possible she'll have to drop out and that would leave him with a certain nomination. If he drops out, that won't happen. Other than to just help her, there is zero reason for him to walk away.

Explain why you're demanding that
