Those must the the critters all around the inside of my concrete septic tank during the Summer. I can roll away the lid and there's hundreds of them.

Probably good bait for crappie.

Well the fishing in the area won't amount to shit a for few weeks after they come out.

I remember seeing rafts of drowned ones in the eddys on the Shenandoah River. Millions of them.

The fish were so full of them they just sorta layed around.

What you can do is catch and freeze bags of them to use as bait afterwards. Panfish love them.
