Over there

Total foreign aid given to Ukraine by all countries since the conflict began is over $100 Billion. The majority of aid is either military or financial, very little has been pledged for humanitarian efforts. The United States is by far the largest contributor, offering over $50 Billion to date, and recently pledged an additional $45 Billion. President Joe Biden initially proposed $37 Billion, but Congress felt it necessary to spend an extra $8 Billion.

The amount the United States spent on foreign aid during their tenure in Afghanistan isn’t this high. This amount excludes the funds spent on American troops. That means, in one year United States has spent more money on military aid to Ukraine than they did in their entire 20 year operation in Afghanistan. These numbers are inflation adjusted.

Red Pill Psyche: Since pulling out of Afghanistan the military industrial complex is short on business. Defense contractors and weapons manufactures make a killing during war. The fact that Congress increased the amount of funding initially proposed is a strong indication of how much influence the military industrial complex has over the US government.

All wars are corrupt.

P.S. Ike quickly forgot his words.

Aww come on, man. We're just practicing up for the big war with China.

If Russia was involved in a coup of the Mexican government, installed an anti-American government and then started flooding the country with weapons, how long do you think America would wait to act?
And If America did act, how many of you would call this action "Totally unprovoked"?

Being rope a doped.......but hey good for China if they move on Taiwan,,,,we can sit and watch instead of doing something

You think that we can't handle two things at once?

You haven't seen Americas war industry in full swing yet. You think the 40's were cool? I'd think we could be crankin' out machines of war round the clock like we did back then...

Go for it, Ivan. At least that would stop the flow of drugs across the border.

I can live with a good supply of cheap Russian weapons, not the drugs. :laughing0301:
