    Only one Southern State and as predicted most of the welfare states are up North and or in the West especially Welfarefornia the top welfare state that just had a Republican governor leave office.

    But it looks to me like the states which are most deeply in trouble are faily well mixed between RED, BLUE and black (which I interpret as being neither R or D)

    Per usual, this partisan regionalism is nothing more than ignorant blather spewed by people who are either very ignorant or simply malicious tools.

    There won't be that problem with individual states as soon as we implement the North American Union.

    I think I'm right in saying that California was a serious welfare state long before Arnold Schwarzeneggar was governor (whatever the hell - I'm not going to try to figure the correct spelling of that name). I've very much gotten the impression over the last decades that Californians are devout believers in welfare for all.
