Any bets that he does a cameo?

The new “Magnum P.I.” debuts September 24.

The original series ended in 1988. There’s no word yet on whether Selleck will ever appear in the rebooted show, but since he’s on the same network, it’s a possibility fans can get excited about, certainly.

An appropriate ethnic mix without regard to talent or ability. Why did they keep the name. It should be Martinez PI.

Ugh! Hollywood is so busy whining about Trump, they can’t think about anything new. Rehash old movies and shows with women and minorities, yeah that works.

    ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz......

Drugs must have fried all the brains in Hollywood because there isn't an original thought between them. Bring back an old show with politically correct characters. A black Buffy the Vampire slayer, black, hispanic and asian Charmed sisters, an all female Charlie's angels, the spark is gone. It's better to watch the originals on old tv networks.

A little known fact is he was cast first for Indiana Jones. But he had already signed the contract for Magnum and felt he’d given his word.

Due to a strike the IJ movie was delayed until after they filmed season 1 of Magnum, he could have done both.
