If it weren't for hypocrisy, the left/Democrats would have nothing.

Hypocrisy, they've got plenty of that. They've also got plenty of nothing.

To those calling for Justice Alito's (and Justice Thomas') recusal on January 6th cases because their wives expressed personal political opinions (3 years ago):
Meet the-late Ramona Ripston.
For 38 years, she led the ACLU of Southern California.
She was the wife of the-late Judge Stephen Reinhardt on the Ninth Circuit.
Ramona Ripston filed an amicus brief in the trial court in a same-sex marriage case.
Judge Reinhardt--her husband--heard the appeal.
He faced calls for his recusal.
The left expressed indignation in this 2013 court filing:[/b[
We are long past the day when a wife’s opinions are assumed to be the same as her husband’s, and in which spousal views and activity are categorically imputed to one’s spouse. No authority requires a judge to recuse based alone on the opinions of his or her spouse; only an “outmoded conception of the relationship between spouses” would hold otherwise.
Naturally, crickets--and worse--from leftists today, as it relates to the personal political views of Martha-Ann Alito and Ginni Thomas.

Will Ketanji Jackson recuse herself on specific cases involving females, such as abortions -- since she admitted to not knowing what a female was in her nomination hearings?

That is not logical at all, jotathought. Should male justices recuse themselves on issues of male sexuality.

If you are a human, you have personal opinions on all sorts of matters, including politics.
My significant other is a leftist-looney and I'm MAGA right-wing. We pretty much keep our opinions to ourselves, vote for who we prefer and side with the justices we prefer, so it doesn't matter what opinion Justices wives have.

Fuck the lying Democrats , would they do it?? Your damn right they would.

Do you guys feel really stupid now for the speaker and repub congress critters and v.p.. hopefuls (and Trump) for yelling and screaming with raised voice, in front of the Merchan court, that Judge Merchan should have recused himself because his adult married daughter, not living with him, runs a marketing firm that serves customers that are Democratic?

Hope so!

Was hanging an upside down flag representing the Jan 6ers (Trumpers) in front of Justice Alito's house, give reasonable doubt to the impartiality of justice Alito, when any every day citizen walking by, sees it?

Oh wait a minute, are we pretending to have a fair justice system now? Aren't you the SAME person who thinks Trump has been treated fairly by the justice system?

What have I been telling you?

Your game
Your rules
You will HATE IT

Maybe Harrison Butker needs to help them get their wives in line.

It's not about a wife expressing personal political opinions. It's about supporting the cause of accused insurrectionists and their case before the husband.

Donald von Shitzinpants is one smelly dude.
