Needing to put new tires on your car/truck for the winter. Get ready for a sticker shock. Tires are in short supply and raw material costs have skyrocketed. The 35% import duty on Chinese tires last year have contributed to the increase and the layoffs by the manufactures have contributed to the shortage. Supply and demand.
Expect to pay at least $100 per tire for a cheapy and over $200 for better brands, that is if you cand find them at all.
