This happened in the next county. Personally, I'm torn. This kid...he's like 20...was turned in by his mother. She believed he was off his meds and could conceivably hurt himself or others. He had been diagnosed with a personality disorder and autism. Instead of getting help, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
