Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.), the “Daschle slayer” who beat the Senate Democratic leader in 2004, is ramping up plans for a presidential run in 2012, associates say.

Actually, We need alot of big government candidates in the primary. That way they can divide up the big government votes and there is a higher probability that a conservative candidate will win.
