I'm a little confused. Who was in the car beside the one getting keyed TAKING THE VIDEO of the keying?

And how did they know to video the guy as he keyed?

And why did he just sit in the car videoing the event and do nothing during or after the keying?

And why was no one paying that person any mind or mad at them even after they got out of the car at the end?
