What would be the purpose of a mass cover up? To what end? And why this building? There's even a 2018 engineering report citing structural/foundation issues. Do you think there's something so special about this condo building that someone would plan 3 years in advance by procuring an engineering report to create a cover story for a future terrorist attack? Nothing about this disaster supports even a wild inference that would be the case. It's not like a prominent politician or polarizing national/world figure lived there, and this building certainly wasn't some kind of symbolic beacon which terrorist attacks typically target.
