The concept is sound. The Supreme Court ruled that the BSA has the right to discriminate in the hiring of overt homosexuals. If individual BSA councils want to hire homosexuals it's their choice as long as they aren't forced into it.

I'm retired and have been since age 48. I do what I want when I want.

Yes, it will be interesting to see how many parents want their boys running around the woods with guys who enjoy playing the ol' skinwhistle.
