Survivors and families of those who were affected by Project MK-Ultra, also called the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) mind control program, administered at McGill University’s Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal are preparing a class-action lawsuit against the Quebec and federal governments because of what they alleged had been done to them five decades ago.

It's such a conspiracy there will be a law suite, people always file law suites for the hell of it.
When really any lazy moron has to do is " RESEARCH" the history and CIA and every official document there is and can be found concerning MK ULTRA proves it's not hard to find how it really existed and still does.
and all any NON lazy ass has to do is go to the CIA.Gov site and there it is.......
Of course they sugar coat the truth, and make it sound like there's often " No evidence but you have to pay attention to the WORDAGE used.
Guess we shall see how true any of it is if they don't end up dead or half the bs isn't covered up .
