You are just sighting the article that caught your eye, but the article itself should have come with the disclaimer, "This is a paid political message of the trump for president 2020 campaign." Getting rid of trump is conservative at the core. He lies like a rug. Conservatives do not like liars as they distort reality. He makes up crap that isn't true at other time, just because he doesn't study. Conservatives prefer accuracy even if it means their leader has to actually study and know what he is talking about. Conservatives have never favored Russia, or China or N. Korea or strongman dictators in general. He does and it is against conservative principle. Conservatives believe in our military. He uses and abuses our military for his personal agenda. Conservative speak their mind, but do it diplomatically. He just lets it all hang out and sometimes, seemingly for his own amusement or to his little group of fans. Would you keep an outside salesman the intentionally believed in pissing of customers and co-workers for the hell of it? I wouldn't. It is not a conservative move to retain that type person in a high level position.

I think the Main thing this newest neo-Marxist movement has going for it is that the Soviet Union collapsed 30 years ago.

A whole new generation has come along which doesn't understand that Socialism has failed everywhere, everytime, and for the same reason---human nature doesn't change---and they think Marx just needs another little tweak and it will work fine this time.

That's the political strategy...and it is Bullshit....and has been Bullshit all through-out history. It works on the ignorant and the lazy.

The Emotional aspect of the Bolshevik sentiment is scarier. It is based on UNHAPPINESS and JEALOUSY.

Unhappy people become Democrats and jealous unhappy people quickly migrate to Socialism...and while they may not understand it yet---to enforce Socialism you need Force....and that means Communism or some other totalitarians means which sacrifices Liberty in the interest of absolute Equality.

That is what has ultimately failed humanity---the absence of Liberty---every time, all through history from ancient Sumeria to Babylon to Egypt to the Greece of Aristotle to the Rome of Augustus, to the marvels accomplished by Western Europe, to the magnificence that has been the Great American Experiment....all imperfect--but all great advances in civilization which ought to be everybody's goal.

All eventually lost to, or threatened by, the Loss Liberty by the average citizen---to the Authoritarianism which preaches as its principal creed---Absolute Equality of Outcome, without regard to Individual Motivation.

When I hear someone worrying about marxists it's clear it's some cold war relic that thinks they can still use the same old boogymen to scare the other fossils into voting their fears. Taking a look at all the bills that are due for the excesses of the twentieth century it's difficult for those who will have to pay them lend credence to the same old scare tactics.

The author is dead-on. His warnings, delivered plainly throughout the article, are not hyperbolic; if anything is lacking here it's failure to go far enough into the threats we face—and the piece is drive-by, too short.
