A 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck off of New Zealand on Tuesday night, just hours after the deadly M7.1 earthquake killed at least 119 people in Mexico.

Things are certainly seemingly off balance and taking place out of normal occurrences if that were not the case we wouldn't see articles on these issues as we have been be it quakes, or hurricanes etc.

Yeah there has been a bit of quake activity going on up there the past few days. A few smalls ones taking place near Yellowstone or neighboring states.
