I'm watching CNN's morning show right now, as I finish my last cup of coffee before going to work. Senior Political Analyst, Ron Brownstein, had some interesting things to say.
First, he claimed that the protests of Trump the day following his inauguration were so huge that 1 in 100 Americans were "on the street" protesting. I have not attempted to Fact Check this little tidbit. However, it sounds a little high. But even if it is correct, the implication that CNN wants you to get is that there was a groundswell of protests... that these protests were HUGE. However, another implication is that only about 1% of the people were upset enough to protest. In other words, 99% were not upset enough about the election to protest, despite the unprecedented level of social media influence as an organizing tool. The left has been crying constantly about Trump being the Second Coming of Hitler; they are preaching to a bunch of ignorant yet enthusiastic Millennials and other leftist douchebags, to the extent where they are actually calling for a revolt; and they are doing all this with direct channels to the leftist peasant scum via social media. Yet 99% are not interested. This was not a revolution. It was a hissy fit. But CNN wants you to believe it was something more. This is an example of fake news.
Brownstein also cited an unnamed poll that he claims shows that Trump currently has an 80% disapproval rating. I thought, "what?!?" No citation of the poll was given. You are just supposed to believe.
Following Brownstein's bullshit CNN played a recorded segment of a sit down interview with 6 people that was billed as a meeting to find out what the "heartland" thinks of Trump. First of all, most of the speaking was done by the CNN person. Then the next most vocal person was a loudmouth woman who is CLEARLY a dyke. Then there was a chick who claimed to be a preacher but was really into peace and the environment (a leftist hippie chick Protestant preacher... really representative of the heartland). There was also a dude wearing a bow tie. Enough said there. There was one Trump supporter: a disgusting fat white chick. The other 2 were white guys. There were no blacks. Now, are you going to tell me with a straight face that these silly 6 fuckers are representative of the heartland of America? To the extent that this segment represents anything but an editorialized partisan piece, it is fake. It is fake news.
Then Sloppy Poppy Harlow's show came on, and I puked.
It is shit like this 24/7 that these people are spewing onto the public airwaves. MSNBC is worse. The leftist crap on social media are worse than that (Slate, Daily Beast, Politico, Mother Jones, etc...). Obviously it is working. The idiots on this board are eating it up regardless of how absurd it is. We are going to have to do something or the leftists, facilitated by the media, are going to marginalize our President and try to damage us in the mid-terms.
This is a shear brute force attack. I love what Trump did last week, but it is probably not feasible for him to do that constantly throughout his term. The fact is, if we do nothing then we are going to lose our nation.
