In the bad old days of the Soviet Union, Denunciations were a common event. What that means is if you heard a family member, friend, or coworker say something disloyal, you reported it to the Bosses, or the Authorities. The individual who was Denounced would be investigated and punished for their disloyalty. Denunciations were a way to curry favor, and more than that, show your loyalty to the State.

So thankfully this is in history correct? In fact, it was mentioned as a real problem when the White House under Obama set up a hotline to report people who were spreading disinformation about the ACA or Obamacare.

This action, the email address and such, was denounced as a Soviet style hotline demanding denunciations. It was taken down, quickly. Something about Free Speech.

So we find it cropping up again in the New Soviet Union, the modern Russia.

For some time now many of us have repeatedly claimed that Putin was trying to reform the old Soviet Union. I don’t believe there can be any doubts anymore. The Russian Fed should just go ahead and admit, they are the new Soviet Union. Total control, and dictatorial power.

Sounds like Canada or Biden's America, are you saying it's a good thing now?

Have you had your weekly booster?

False equivalency. Why am I not surprised?

Tell me. Where are these prisons for people who don’t like Biden? We know people who speak out against Putin are rounded up.

But of course to defend the inexcusable you create the illusion of similarity. If it was like Russia here? MTG and Lauren Boebert would have fallen out of windows to their deaths long ago.

But hey. I guess it is possible that the Russians are just incompetent at opening windows. Or something.

Putin is getting more and more desperate. His fatwas against Graham and Cleverley are the sign of a bloke who sleeps in his underwear.
We should increase support to Ukraine and end this nonsense.

It's much worse now than it was in the Soviet Union, except under Stalin and Lenin.

After Stalin, it was unlikely that you would get years in jail for something like two words or a short opinion. You might get sanctioned, perhaps lose your job or get demoted, but not this bad.

He still makes people quarantine for 3-4 days before he will meet them face to face.

He, like Trump, is not well, mentally.
Just love your idea of the Moon being made of Cream Cheese .
You noticed the similarity with the shape and assumed consistency of your head presumably .

And yet another Russian troll arrives on the scene. We have as many of you fucks on this forum as we do Americans.
