Wouldn't it be wonderful if Jordan would grant a right of return for the Palestinians left in the West Bank?

Why would native Muslim and Christian Palestinians leave their native land willingly? It would be better if Israel would grant Palestinians the right of return to their land and homes in what is no called Israel.
