How long can the planet survive you freeloaders? You like to say that we don't have the ability to damage the planet, but that's just whistling past the grave yard when you consider things like, nuclear waste, deforestation, pollution and ocean dead zones.

What are you, personally, doing to save the planet?

Or is it easier to insist that everyone else do the heavy lifting for you?

The planet doesnt need saving, our ability to inhabit it is what is at stake.

Why would you think I expect others to do the heavy lifting? That's just a prejudiced statement made without any info, just like your pronouncements on AGW. What's so hard to understand about, if you have something that traps heat and then you get more of it, you'll trap more heat?!?!

Simple yet excellent post. That's what the deniers don't seem to get when they say "the planet will take care of itself". Of course, it will, but will we still be around to see it?

Then what are you doing to minimize your impact?

If we don't think we're having a negative impact, why would you think we'd believe we could have a positive impact?

Sure I can. It involves the ignore button. In your case the entertainment value exceeds the stupid factor by a slight margin.
