We had a guy that weighed 125 lbs. We had to put over 3000 lbs of torque on a shaft using a gear reduction and a 3 foot torque wrench. He didn't have the body weight to do it by pressing down nor the body strength to do it by pulling up. He will did the job and one of us had to do the actual end torque on the shaft. It didn't mean we needed to get rid of him. He was a great Specialist in all other areas. What you don't see is that each unit uses team work to get the mission done. Each person has strengths and weaknesses and the entire unit works together where the entire unit only has strengths and no weaknesses. You live together as a unit or die by yourself.
